If precision is your game, the floor is yours. Education Requirements Diploma or GED required; trade certifications are a bonus. Experience Requirements Three to five years of experience operating a cutter in a commercial printing environment, with Saber cutter experience preferred. Comfortable working with tools, gauges, and general troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly. Sharp eye for quality and consistency on every job. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and stand throughout the shift. Stamina to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment. Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks safely and consistently. Job Duties Operate cutting machines to produce high-quality printing jobs that meet customer and company expectations. Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance on cutting equipment to keep production running without a hitch. Monitor output for quality and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
