Remote Director of Operations & AI-Driven Fulfillment

Tires Easy in Argentina seeks a Director of Operations to own the end-to-end order fulfillment from supplier transmission to delivery at the customer's door. This fully remote role leads the Operations team and reports to the COO, driving supplier performance, order execution, and cross-functional initiatives.

You will build scalable processes, introduce automation and AI where appropriate, develop proactive risk management, and partner with finance and engineering to reduce cycle times while
