Key responsibilities include:Supervising and directing day-to-day nursing functions and staff assignmentsMonitoring resident care, documenting conditions, and updating care plansAdmitting, transferring, and discharging residents while ensuring comfort and dignityCollaborating with physicians, families, and care teams to create effective care plansOverseeing medication administration, treatments, and infection control practicesParticipating in quality assurance, safety, and staff training initiativesMaintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and state/federal regulationsCreating a positive, calm, and caring environment for residents and staff ️ What We’re Looking For:Active RN license in California (required)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work 12-hour NOC shiftsCompassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approachAt Oak River Rehab, you won’t just work a shift—you’ll make a difference.
