What Youll Do
- Provide strategic HR consultation and support to business unit leadership.
- Define, build, and implement HR strategies and solutions to enhance business and culture.
- Act as a trusted consultant, advisor, and business partner for leadership and employees.
- Deliver expertise in employee relations, ensuring compliance with company and federal regulations.
- Coach managers on employee relations and investigate issues and concerns.
- Align HR policies and strategy with organizational objectives for consistency and best practices.
- Liaise with internal HR functions on organizational design, staffing, compensation, and performance management.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in HR Operations.
- Demonstrated experience as a strong HR generalist across recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to act as a strategic liaison, providing consultation and developing HR strategies.
- SPHR certification or a Masters degree is a plus.
- Prior experience within the healthcare or health insurance industry is a plus.
