What You’ll Do Perform high‑complexity hematology tests, including blood cell counts, coagulation tests, urinalysis, and body fluid analysis. Analyze and interpret results with precision, ensuring rapid and reliable reporting to healthcare providers. Operate advanced laboratory instruments while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Participate in quality control, proficiency testing, and assurance programs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, continuously expanding skills and expertise. Maintain meticulous records of lab activities and test results. Minimum Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology. ASCP certification or equivalent credential required. Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work in a highly specialized, safety‑focused environment. PPE required at all times.
