The Express Service Technician is a critical part of delivering on that expectation, and a proven starting point for a long career in automotive.

What You'll Do

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently

Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision

Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations and timely updates

Follow Lexus-recommended maintenance procedures and service intervals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects the standard of the Lexus brand

Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed and quality directly determine your earnings

Contribute to a shop culture where consistency, accuracy, and professionalism are the baseline

What We're Looking For

1+ year of express, lube, or automotive maintenance experience preferred -- motivated candidates without formal experience are encouraged to apply

Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance procedures

Fast and accurate -- able to maintain quality even when production volume matters

Professional and composed -- Lexus guests expect a premium experience and the technicians behind their service reflect that standard

Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A team-first mindset -- you show up ready to contribute and support the people around you
