About This Role
Estamos buscando personal docente de educación temprana, en horario de tiempo completo, para trabajar en Wildflowers Learning Center. La persona ideal demuestra una actitud entusiasta y una verdadera pasión por trabajar con niños.
El/la docente será responsable de mantener un ambiente educativo positivo y apropiado para el desarrollo, apoyar a los maestros en el equipo y crear una atmósfera de seguridad y aprendizaje. Se trabajará con un currículo creativo que atiende las necesidades intelectuales y emocionales de todos los niños. La persona seleccionada colaborará en asegurar que los niños participen en actividades que promuevan el enriquecimiento, el movimiento y el bienestar emocional.
What You'll Do- Disenar e implementar la vision del currículo de Wildflowers
- Establecer y mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro, acogedor y saludable
- Supervisar las actividades diarias, tanto en interiores como al aire libre
- Establecer expectativas apropiadas para el desarrollo de los niños y utilizar técnicas de refuerzo positivo
- Levantar niños y/o equipo según sea necesario
- Agacharse, sentarse y permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados
- Mostrar una actitud cálida y de apoyo hacia los niños
- Adaptarse a los cambios dentro del programa
- Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario
- ¡Disposición para divertirse!
- Tener al menos 18 años
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED
- Certificados de educacion temprana y de cuidado de infantes
- Dominio del Ingles
- Ambiente de equipo solidario con enfoque en el bienestar profesional y personal
- Apoyo constante
