Open Roles Associate Veterinarian (ADVM) Requirements: 1+ years of experience, ideally with urgent care/emergency and exotics. Compensation: $110K-$145K base salary, plus pro‑sal. Bonus: $20,000 sign-on bonus Schedule: Three 10‑hour shifts and one 6‑hour shift weekly. Enjoy a 2‑hour lunch break and 1‑hour dinner break on long days. Medical Director Requirements: 5-7+ years of experience with urgent care/emergency and exotics. Compensation: $145K-$160K base salary, plus pro‑sal. Bonus: $50,000 sign-on bonus Schedule: Same as ADVM. Perks for Both Roles Generous PTO policy with rollover option. Rotating holiday shifts (2 per year).
