Pay Rate
Local: $2,655 – $2,775/Week
Traveler: $2,850 – $2,950/Week

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN to provide Case Management, Utilization Review, and/or CDI services in an acute care hospital setting.

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State RN Registration.

• AHA BLS certification.

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care hospital experience within the past 2 years.

• Acute care hospital Case Management experience required.

• EPIC experience required.

• Travelers must have experience in a hospital of equal or greater size or a trauma center.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN Case Management, Utilization Review, and/or CDI services.

• Assess and coordinate patient care needs.

• Review clinical documentation and patient records.

• Support appropriate utilization of healthcare services.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate with patients, families, providers, and healthcare teams as needed.

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
