Job Summary

The FCC Compliance Risk Analytics Associate Director will be responsible for leading multiple AML-related, client-facing engagements. Sample engagements include:

• Model validations of Transaction Monitoring (TM), Sanctions Screening, and Customer Risk Rating (CRR) models per applicable guidelines.
• Tuning and optimization of TM, Sanctions Screening, and CRR models.
• System implementations for TM, Sanctions Screening, and CRR systems.
• Data reconciliations, data lineage, and data quality testing.
• AML program reviews, including policies and procedures, gap analysis, and risk assessments.

Capabilities

• Excellent skills with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint; Python or R preferred but not required.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret the results of data analyses to identify patterns and reach conclusions.
• Capable of extracting data from a variety of AML systems.
• Ability to identify new opportunities for support within existing client engagements.
• Experienced in conducting data reconciliations by comparing source data and target data.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, monitor their progress, and provide guidance as needed.

Duties

• Lead multiple simultaneous complex engagements from concept to completion.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AML, BSA, and OFAC.
• Manage project teams of 2 to 20 people.
• Guide and mentor managers and other team members.
• Interact with senior-level clients.
• Participate in sales calls and articulate CLIENT CRA's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of financial crimes-related experience, such as anti-money laundering, fraud, economic sanctions, or anti-corruption and bribery.
• 5 or more years of experience managing other team members.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• CAMS highly preferred but not required.
