(evaluated by hiring manager for level hiring for)MAIII- requires graduate of accredited MA program with minimum of 3 years' current medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting OR demonstrated competencies of MA III (evaluated by hiring manager) with minimum 5 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice settingMAIV- Only through promotional career ladder internally. Minimum of two years as an MAIII at a Baystate Health with demonstrated competencies for promotion to MA IV.
