A thriving women's health practice in Northeastern Nevada is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN physician to join its established care team. This hospital-employed position offers a rare blend of professional autonomy, strong clinical support, and the time to truly connect with patients-all set against the backdrop of Nevada's stunning Ruby Mountains.

Position Highlights:

Join a cohesive team including an experienced OB/GYN and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Approximately 400 deliveries annually -balanced volume allows for continuity of care and focused surgical time
Shared call (~10 days/month) with strong in-house anesthesia and experienced nursing support
C-sections performed on the OB unit with immediate post-op recovery-streamlining maternal care
Flexible scheduling options available, including part-time or reduced call for optimal work-life balance
Fully equipped facility with modern surgical and OB units

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary with wRVU-based production incentives
