We are currently looking for a QC Inspector to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting

parts, verifying dimensions, supporting quality requirements, and assisting with cleaning, deburring, and

assembly inspection as needed.

The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic mechanical knowledge, the ability to use

inspection tools, and a positive attitude with willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

Inspect machined and manufactured parts to verify they meet drawing and quality requirements.

Read and use quality inspection instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore

gauges, and other measuring tools.

Perform basic math calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and inspection results.

Review parts for defects, damage, burrs, cleanliness, and workmanship.

Assist with deburring and cleaning parts when needed.

Support assembly inspection and verify that parts are properly assembled.

Assist with UT/PT inspection support when required.

Maintain inspection records and communicate any quality issues to the supervisor or quality

manager.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow company procedures, safety rules, and supervisor instructions.

Work with other departments to help resolve quality or production issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

Previous experience in quality inspection, machining, manufacturing, or a similar shop environment

preferred.

Ability to use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.

Basic mechanical knowledge or mechanical inclination.

Basic math skills.

Experience with deburring and cleaning parts preferred.

Experience with assembly and checking parts preferred.

UT/PT experience or knowledge is a plus.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Good organizational skills.

Good attitude and willingness to follow instructions.

Teamwork and communication skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule

Day shift position. Schedule to be confirmed by management.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the shop during the workday.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Ability to handle parts, tools, and inspection equipment safely.
