You'll be successful here with these skills and qualifications: 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and inventory tools Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing team members
