Common Area Attendant

Overview Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Common Area Attendant to join our team in Oswego, NY. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property’s common areas, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests and staff alike. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and contribute to upholding the high standards of our hospitality services. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms. Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Restock supplies and amenities in designated areas to ensure continuous availability. Report any damages, maintenance needs, or unusual occurrences to management in a timely manner. Collaborate effectively with other team members to support overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a custodial or cleaning role preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to performing duties with high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Benefits Competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00.
