To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate and customer obsessed while serving commercial and residential consumers in the green industry.What You'll Do:Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all Reinders/SiteOne customersCultivate and manage strong relationships with customersAssist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online orderingDevelop and communicate customer quotesAssist Reinders/SiteOne sales and service teamsPull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or deliveryPartner with store leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.Load and unload orders, assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and maintain warehouse while maintaining a safe working environmentOperate a forklift to load and unload vehiclesPerform other duties as assignedSkills We Are SeekingMinimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsGreen industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plusReady and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of workingAbility to think quickly and make sound decisionsInventory management experience helpfulMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsMust have valid driver's licenseRequires the ability to pass forklift operator course and drive a forkliftHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWork EnvironmentWork is performed in both a store setting, warehouse environment, and occasional outdoor work. The noise level is usually moderate.
