As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Ellabell, GA Pay Range: $60000 - $60000 Shift: 2nd shift What's the Job? Provide first‑line support for all production and assembly machinery to ensure smooth operations. Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and repairs in collaboration with management. Control equipment downtime, track repair metrics, and improve organization and housekeeping standards. Produce daily and monthly activity reports to monitor maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams for new equipment installation and support troubleshooting for equipment failures. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment. Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and routine equipment upkeep. Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) techniques and preventive maintenance practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reading schematics and electrical systems. What's in it for me?
