Candidates should have at least one (1) year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) in a group home or similar residential setting . Available Positions: Full-Time Part-Time PRN (As Needed) Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) Medication Certification , First Aid/CPR , and Behavior Management training are preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling Responsibilities Include: Providing daily support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities Assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, and community engagement Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion Following person-centered support plans and documentation requirements Why Join Our Team: Dubie’s Love Residential Services has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for over 17 years.
