The ideal candidate will have prior experience in caregiving, a compassionate nature, and the ability to assist clients with a variety of daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Key Responsibilities Provide in-home care and support to clients during day shift hours Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Prepare meals and help with feeding, as needed Administer medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans Light housekeeping and laundry duties Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to family members or care managers Ensure a safe and clean environment in the client's home Qualifications that are required: Valid Driver's License, Social Security Card, Work Permit if needed Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or other relevant certification Experience working with elderly clients or individuals with disabilities CPR and First Aid certification Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Flexible scheduling Vision insurance
