RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Financial Counselor to assist patients with hospital billing, ensure financial coverage, and navigate Medicaid or Charity Care. You will collaborate with social work and case management to support access to care and timely account updates. This frontline, patient-facing role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and bilingual skills (preferred English/Spanish/Arabic/Creole or Portuguese).
