Inpatient Rehab Admissions Liaison (PRN)

HCA Healthcare in Dallas seeks a Clinical Rehab Specialist (PRN) to coordinate admissions for inpatient rehab. You’ll work with Case Management, physicians, payors and referral sources to ensure appropriate patient placement and smooth admissions. Responsibilities include pre-admission screening, coordinating intake, documenting criteria, and communicating decisions to the Rehab Medical Director and referral sources. #J-18808-Ljbffr HCA Healthcare
