Coffee and Snacks Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Customer Engagement Specialist to join the Yami team. Our main office is located in Brea, California. This critical role will highly interact with multiple internal and external teams. This position will grant first-hand access to Yami's day-to-day operations and future campaign planning. Job Responsibilities: Develop and manage the English site campaign calendar based on seasonal moments, market trends, customer insights, and product priorities; plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and GMV growth. Manage the ongoing development and optimization of the English site, including site structure, product presentation, landing pages, and overall shopping experience. Develop and execute strategies to drive customer conversion and retention, including new customer campaigns and offers, membership benefits, loyalty programs, customer incentives, and other initiatives to improve first-purchase conversion, repeat purchase rate, and purchase frequency. Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, Supply & Operations, and other teams to ensure successful campaign execution and site operations. Track and analyze site and campaign performance, including traffic, conversion, GMV, new customer conversion, repeat purchase, and customer behavior; identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable optimizations. Support customer acquisition by identifying and testing new growth opportunities across relevant channels, partnerships, content, and campaigns. Manage multiple campaigns and operational projects simultaneously, including regular quality assurance checks, while coordinating timelines, priorities, resources, and deliverables to ensure effective execution. Qualifications (Required): Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field. 2 - 3 years of experience in campaign management and coordination. Understanding of customer psychology and familiarity with consumer trend and behavior. Proven experience in campaign management and coordination, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. Experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies. Experience with in-app live streaming and TikTok is a plus. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Advanced in Microsoft Excel (i.e., Pivot Table, V-Lookup, etc.), with the ability to perform analysis utilizing advanced features Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet tight deadlines Qualifications (Preferred): Previous work experience in e-commerce and consumer brands. #J-18808-Ljbffr Yamibuy
