Customer Service Sales Rep
Pay: $24–28/hr DOE
We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Rep to support customers with purchasing products for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Upsell additional supplies and related products
- Answer phones and enter sales orders accurately
- Accept payments and apply them to customer accounts
- Coordinate customer pickups with warehouse staff
- Follow up on deliveries and order status
- Reorder inventory and maintain product availability
- Resolve customer service concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of roofing, siding, or windows experience preferred
- BILINGUAL IN SPANISH - preferred not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
