Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in the Progression Care Unit (PCU) at a healthcare facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN will deliver high-quality care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and support patient discharge planning in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Casa Grande, Arizona
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in Arizona or applicable license, BLS certification, 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience, including within the past 12 months in an acute care or similar setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing, professional certification in relevant specialty, additional education or experience related to progressive care nursing
• Additional Information: The RN will perform comprehensive patient assessments, formulate and execute care plans, delegate and supervise activities of healthcare team members, and document all clinical activities accurately. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in quality improvement activities. The RN may also be involved in research activities and educational responsibilities within the unit.
