Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including managing budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Danbury, CT, requiring close collaboration with management and sales teams to support profitability and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include optimizing financial strategies, managing lending relationships, and ensuring smooth customer financing processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting. Experience with Regulatory Compliance, Auditing, and Financial Reporting. Proficiency in Lending Strategies, Risk Assessment, and Relationship Management with financial institutions. Highly developed skills in Communication, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making. Experience with Auto Dealership Finance practices and software systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA/MBA is advantageous.
