In this role, you'll help deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting our dentists, dental assistants, and laboratory team in providing life-changing tooth replacement solutions.If you enjoy building relationships with patients, coordinating dental care, and working in a fast-paced dental practice, we'd love to hear from you!Why Join Affordable Dentures & Implants?Be part of a team dedicated to transforming lives through quality tooth replacement care.Work alongside experienced dentists, dental assistants, and on-site laboratory professionals.Enjoy opportunities for career growth and professional development.Make a meaningful impact by helping patients restore their smiles and confidence every day.What You'll DoWelcome patients and provide a warm, professional first impression.Manage patient check-in, check-out, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls.Verify dental insurance benefits, eligibility, and pre-authorizations when applicable.Prepare and review dental treatment plans with patients.Explain treatment recommendations, estimated patient financial responsibility, and financing options.Collect co-pays, payments, and outstanding balances while maintaining accurate financial records.Maintain accounts receivable (A/R) and assist with patient billing and collections.Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient questions regarding appointments, treatment, insurance, and payments.Maintain accurate electronic dental records (EHR/EMR), patient charts, consent forms, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, dental assistants, and laboratory staff.Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient patient flow.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in a dental office, oral surgery, prosthodontic, periodontic, orthodontic, or other healthcare practice preferred.
