ASIC Verification Engineer

Our client, a leading innovator in silicon solutions, is seeking an ASIC Verification Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an ASIC Verification Engineer, you will be part of the Silicon Development Department supporting the Silicon One Group. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ASIC Verification Engineer

Location: Carlsbad, California

Pay Range: $65 - $72

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) based verification environments.
• Create comprehensive verification plans at both block and system levels.
• Design and implement verification components including assertions, traffic generators, agents, and scoreboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate design testability and verification requirements.
• Lead debug efforts and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in ASIC or SOC verification with 7 - 12 years of experience
• UVM Based testbench development experience.
• Proficiency in System Verilog and timing/gate level simulation.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex design and verification issues.
