Bedford Park, IL ? Fox Valley, IL( 395 miles ) Backhaul: Aurora, IL ? Columbus, OH ( 390 miles ) Total = 4,710 miles between 2 drivers. Per day, each driver drives around 400 miles Requirements Valid CDL Class A Minimum 1 year of experience Team-ready: Bring your own co-driver, or we'll match you with one. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate a dry van, it is a USPS load, so very light. The Truck Driver will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Responsibilities: Operate and drive a dry van for USPS load. Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and hours of service. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate logistics. Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks while on the road or at loading docks. Qualifications: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated. Experience of at least 1 year. Strong knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety regulations and compliance. Must have a clean driving record with no major violations.
