We are seeking a highly motivated Civil CAD Designer to join our Goodyear, AZ office.Our employees enjoy our industry-leading benefits program, ability to balance their work life and home life, opportunities for development and growth, company events & activities, and the various opportunities to give back with our community activities.The successful candidate will have the ability to participate in complex and high value projects, work with multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality of effectiveness, make sound decisions for the benefit of the project and the Company.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Perform engineering design using AutoCAD Civil3D Communicate design approaches and decisions with associated supporting documentation to Project Engineers and Project ManagersPrepare development plans including site, utility and grading & drainage construction documentsTabulate and address review comments on deliverables provided by Client, Project Engineers or Project ManagersProvide quality reviews of own work in accordance with Company's quality control program and processesPreparation of engineering drawings from sketches, field books, verbal description, and specificationsCoordination of CAD files and design with internal and external team membersMinimum Qualifications:Prior AutoCAD and Civil 3D experienceRelevant/similar Land Development Experience, specifically commercial/site developmentExcellent oral and written communication skillAbility to work independently and self-motivatedAbility to prepare construction documents using good design judgement and meeting agency design guidelinesAbility to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment on multiple projects simultaneously and must be a team playerAssociate's degree in drafting or similar education preferredA minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CAD Drafter required LOCATION: This opportunity is in our Goodyear, AZ office locationCOMPENSATION: Compensation is based on the successful candidate's individual education, qualifications, and experience.ABOUT DIBBLEFounded in 1962, we provide a full range of multi-disciplinary services to public and private sector clients across Arizona, Colorado, and the Southwestern United States.
