Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license in Ohio required

Experience: Prior experience in progressive care or similar setting preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $56.28

What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, and deliver patient care aligned with age-specific criteria in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor patient conditions closely and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members including LPNs, PCTs, and unit clerical staff
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Provide patient education and support to patients and families
• Assist in managing patient flow and prioritize tasks effectively
• Follow hospital policies and uphold safety and quality standards throughout your shift

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Experience with adult patients in a progressive care or similar setting

Preferred:

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
