Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Supervisor / Manager – Mining Lyons, KS Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Engineer, looking to step up into a Maintenance Manager position where you will be fast tracked into senior leadership with clear routes of progression? On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading mine site in a pivotal leadership position, where you will lead a multi-discipline maintenance team and where they offer clear route of progression all the way to senior management. In this role you will split your time 50/50 between hands-on maintenance support and the planning of maintenance systems and schedules. You will lead a team of 15 mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel, including supervisors, and will report directly into the General Manager as one of the top four leaders on site.
