Overview:

Position Summary: 

As a Welder , you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.  

Responsibilities: 

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components 
• Utilize TIG welding techniques as required 
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and fabrication layouts 
• Measure, mark, fit, and position materials for welding and assembly 
• Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, jigs, and hand tools 
• Inspect finished welds and completed assemblies for quality and specification compliance 
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move material throughout the facility 
• Maintain accurate production and quality records 
• Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE 
• Support additional fabrication and production activities as needed.  

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of welding experience in a steel fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environment 
• Strong MIG welding experience required 
• TIG welding experience preferred 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings 
• Experience using measuring tools and performing quality inspections 
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift 
• Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment 
• Ability to pass required vision, hearing, and mobility assessments 
• Ability to safely lift weight up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Selected candidates will participate in a registered apprenticeship program as part of the onboarding process 

Schedule: 

• 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday| 6:30 am – 5:00 pm 

Compensation: 

• $26.00-$29.00 per hour, based on experience
