Requirements The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials in support of warehouse operations. This role involves handling shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of materials within the facility. Perform palletizing, shrink-wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials. Move, sort, and store materials in accordance with warehouse procedures. Pick up and sort mail from the post office and distribute appropriately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Prepare shipments and deliveries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards. Assist with general labor duties as needed. Perform basic vehicle operation and upkeep when required for deliveries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred. Experience with pallet jacks desirable and record management systems. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to meet background or security requirements as applicable. Additional Requirements Strong attention to detail.
