What You'll Be Doing

• Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Recruit, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates for for Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Administrative, and other professional-level positions.
• Conduct professional reference checks and market exceptional candidates to prospective clients.
• Coach candidates through interviews, offers, and career decisions.
• Partner with teammates to develop recruiting strategies and celebrate wins together.
• Change lives by helping people find careers they'll love while helping businesses grow.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed.
• Must reside in the Greater St. Louis area.
