Think company outings, casual vibes, and real friendships that go beyond the office. What you’ll do: Lead, inspire, and develop your team through regular one-on-one coaching and feedback. Perform regular site visits to stay connected with operations and staff. Set clear business growth objectives and consistently achieve them. Develop, mentor, and grow team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and profitability. Handle escalated customer service issues proactively and effectively. Ensure operations comply with applicable local and state regulations. Manage operational fundamentals including payroll, budgeting, job costing, inventory, and HR-related activities. Build-out the electrical service department. What you’ll bring: Strong technology skills, particularly proficiency with Excel and business management software. Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience driving sales and business growth. Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ employees, ideally in a sales & service-oriented or operational environment. Excellent financial literacy with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profit margins. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
