Pediatric Nurse Practitioner PICU

Sinai Hospital is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (ACPNP) to join our growing Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a well-established, collaborative, and family-centered care environment.

You will join a dynamic team that currently includes one full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, with plans to expand to three, and work closely with two full-time pediatric intensivists committed to excellent patient care and continuous innovation.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality assessment and management of patients in a six-bed PICU, with an average daily census of 34 children
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of pediatric intensivists and multidisciplinary staff
• Participate in policy, protocol, and program development to support unit growth and excellence
• Work flexible shifts ranging from 15 to 24 hours
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care that reflects the Sinai Hospital mission
• Join an environment welcoming to both experienced ACPNPs and new graduates

Qualifications

• Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification (required)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-management skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
• Desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and forward-moving PICU team
