We're looking for a Scrum Master Senior to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Transaction Processing team and help shape the future of global commerce What you'll own Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Educate and coach the team to use standard "ways of working" fostering understanding and consistency in team practices Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery. Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement. Promote and implement Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance team productivity and quality. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience in agile principles. Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles Proven recent experience with agile collaboration tools such as Rally, Miro, Teams Prerequisite- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required; Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, PSM II) preferred. Be an active team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Strong mediation and negotiation skills Skill in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills Familiar with data-driven coaching and use of metric to drive improvements.
