The Bank Teller will be a key member of a medium-sized team reporting to the Operations Manager. This role primarily involves handling standard deposits and withdrawals, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with banking procedures. The teller will engage frequently with customers and manage daily cash transactions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage check processing and deposit handling
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- All levels of experience considered
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with cash handling
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
