Parts Counter Representative

Do you enjoy finding the right part for your customer? Are you the go-to for all things related to truck parts? Kenworth of DC in Landover is searching for a Parts Counter rep to assist our customers. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. Heavy duty experience is a plus!

Compensation $20 hourly plus commission (based on experience)

1. Assisting customers in selecting required parts
2. Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
3. Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
4. Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
5. Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
6. Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
7. All other duties as assigned
