Motorcycle Sales Associate

Motorcycle Sales Associate (Full-time) at Triple S H‑D. We are seeking an aggressive, experienced sales associate who enjoys meeting customers and sharing a passion for Harley‑Davidson in a fun, customer‑focused environment. Qualifications Passion for riding and the Harley‑Davidson brand Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain quickly and meet insurance approval) Strong team player, reliable, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and conscious of quality High‑energy, positive outlook with a strong drive to sell Willingness to work flexible retail hours and move motorcycles Minimum 1year of vehicle sales experience preferred Responsibilities Greet all customers with a friendly attitude Conduct product demonstrations and test rides Help customers find the bike that meets their needs Proactively set appointments and follow up aggressively Maintain consistent and accurate use of the Customer Relationship Management system Participate in comprehensive training via Harley‑Davidson University and other proven methods Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance (optional) Simple IRA and retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Employee discount Relocation assistance (if applicable) Hourly pay plus commission and incentives for performance Compensation & Schedule Pay: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year.
