The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale assessment development, Bayesian and psychometric modeling, and mixed-methods STEM education research.
Responsibilities include:
- Cognitive diagnostic modeling (e.g., DINA, IRT)
- Bayesian hierarchical modeling and quantitative analysis
- Development of item banks and assessments
- Mixed-methods research and collaboration across institutions
Salary: $60,000–$65,000
