As an LNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Available Shifts: Per-diem team members have the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed

Compensation: $22 - $27 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis
