Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring product quality through laboratory testing and adherence to established quality systems. This role supports manufacturing by performing in-process and final product testing while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform testing of in-process components for lateral flow, ELISA, and molecular products Conduct final release testing to ensure product quality standards are met Troubleshoot technical and quality-related issues in laboratory processes Execute laboratory procedures while adhering to safety protocols Review and verify batch records for accuracy and compliance Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices Support quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year of laboratory or quality control experience Hands‑on experience with laboratory equipment and technical procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Experience in a regulated industry environment Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO Experience with ELISA assays, pipetting techniques, and pH meters Knowledge of immunoassays or molecular testing methods Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting methodologies The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
