Pay Rate: $20.57 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sat 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sun 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and retail guests by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, communicating with site leadership and emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of retail sales areas, entrances, exits, stock areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and maintaining accurate activity reports. Support a professional luxury retail environment by providing visible presence, answering questions, and directing guests to appropriate personnel or locations. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
