Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students across all grade levels in a dynamic school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this full-time contract opportunity, you’ll partner with educators and families near Wilmington, DE, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster student success.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active BCBA certification required
Experience working within K-12 schools or similar educational settings
Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention techniques, and data-driven strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
Ability to provide staff and parent training on behavior intervention plans
Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students across all grade levels
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure effective implementation of interventions
Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members in positive behavior supports
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to the team
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards at all times
