divh2Slot Technician II/h2pJoin our team and experience endless career possibilities./ppPosition Summary:/ppResponsible for the daily repair, maintenance and operation of the slot machines, slot data collection system, progressive control systems and related equipment./ppPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliPromotes superior guest service./liliMaintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tlcn and the Core Values of ilani./liliSafeguard against theft and ensure the security and integrity of all slot machines, keys, radios, and casino property./liliMaintains Electronic Gaming Machines and equipment./liliAssist with training Slot Technician I team members./liliPerforms work with little follow-up./liliPromote outstanding customer service, safety, and security./liliHandle complaints according to established company and department policies and procedures./liliReport developments which may affect the casino operation to slot management./liliDocument and report the daily activities of the shift./liliMaintains confidentiality of sensitive information./liliPerforms other related duties as assigned./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)./liliThree (3) years experience as a Slot Technician./liliMust possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment./liliSuccessful completion of a recognized training course in the repair and maintenance of electronic slot machines and basic knowledge of electricity and/or mechanical equipment./liliDemonstrate working knowledge of all slot machines and slot data systems./liliSuccessfully receive sign off on the Slot Technician II Knowledge Checklist./liliMust have exceptional troubleshooting skills./liliMust be able to lift up to fifty pounds, use an in-ear communication device daily, and have the dexterity to service slot machines./liliMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours./liliMust be willing to work in a smoking environment./liliMust be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures./li/ulpWork Shift:/ppSwing (United States of America)/ppKnock, knock.
