The primary focus of a CVICU is to provide comprehensive and specialized care for children who require advanced monitoring, interventions, and treatments to support their cardiac and vascular systems. This may include patients who have undergone cardiac surgery, have congenital heart defects, arrhythmias, or other complex cardiac conditions.
