Xfinity Retail Sales Specialist - Technology Products

Job Summary Hourly compensation: $26.44+ (Base $18.75 + targeted commission). This position is a retail sales associate for Comcast Xfinity. Job Description Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist customers with interpreting account statements and paying bills in store. Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade services, and process general service requests. Serve as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert-level knowledge of technology and Comcast products. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect products to customers' lifestyles. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent store environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to carry and/or lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to move around the store constantly.
