Events Specialist

Position Overview The Events Specialist supports the coordination and execution of in-person events and outreach initiatives. This role focuses on logistics, organization, and customer engagement to ensure smooth and successful event operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown. Coordinate materials, equipment, and event logistics. Engage with attendees and provide event-related information. Monitor event flow and communicate updates to supervisors. Maintain organized event records and schedules. Support post-event reporting and administrative tasks. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.
