The Claims Manager oversees and leads the insurance claims process within the Department of the Inspector General, ensuring all claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. The role involves supervising claims personnel, implementing process improvements, resolving complex claims, and reducing organizational risk while maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering team development.
